Sodium Ascorbate other names Sodascorbate; Monosodium ascorbate; E301, is the sodium salt of ascorbic acid, it is known as a mineral ascorbate, with minute white to yellow crystals.

Water Solubility : 620 g/L (20 ºC)

3. Product application

The function of sodium ascorbate is almost the same as ascorbic acid. It can be used as reinforcer of vitamin C in kinds of food, in cooling beverages, dairy products, also in jambon and sausage to keep the color and freshness.
