Sodium Benzoate is salt of Benzoic Acid,used in a wide variety of food, feed, cosmetics and personal care products.It is a white granular or crystalline powder, odorless or slightly benzoin smell, slightly sweet, astringent, relative molecular mass is 144.12, stable in the air, easily soluble in water, the pH value of its aqueous solution is 8, which can be Soluble in ethanol.
