Triethanolamine (TEOA) is widely used in detergents, personal care products and textile finishing, also could be used as intermediates in concrete additives and adhesive, rubber, agricultural and photographic chemicals; used as a component of cement grinding aids; and used as catalysts that promote stability during the reaction process in the manufacture of flexible and rigid urethane foams.
